SAAT is registered with the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs and accredited by the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT). This accreditation extends to SAAT as an Institution as well as the individual S.Th. and M.Th. programs. Besides ATA, SAAT is also accredited regionally by Association for Theological Education in South East Asia (ATESEA). Additionally, SAAT is a member of Perhimpunan Sekolah-sekolah Teologi di Indonesia, PERSETIA (The Fellowship of Theological Schools in Indonesia), and Persatuan Perguruan Tinggi Teologi Jawa Timur (East Java Theological School Association).
